York Mills Neighbourhood Real Estate Information                  

York Mills is bordered east to Leslie Street, west to Yonge St. and south of Hwy. 401 to just north of Windfields Park which runs east from Bayview Avenue just south of York Mills Road. It is located in the former municipality of North York. This neighbourhood encompasses Hogg’s Hollow, St. Andrews, Windfields, and Denlow which will be dealt with in another tab in this web site. The land east of Bayview was developed by E.P.Taylor, and who donated his personal home on Bayview Avenue, south of York Mills Road, to the Canadian Centre for Advanced Film Studies.
